The owner opted for an off-road X-pipe.
We had a chance to take some sound videos of this Mustang after the Mid-Muffler System and Off-road X-pipe were installed. Have a listen:
While we had this car up on the lift, we designed the prototype for a modular catted X-pipe that incoporates our Pypes High-Flow cats. This is a picture of that prototype.
Notice that in this catted X-pipe, the O2 sensors connect directly to bungs directly in the cats.
